Having just passed another site on which a brick-weave drive was being laid - with far less preperation - I was reminded that I have not yet written to thank you and your lads for the excellent job you did for us. The standard of finish has been much admired, and, together with our praise for the thouroughness of your foundation process, has led at least one of our friends to call on your services.

We also very appreciated the whole attitude with which your team worked: no blare of radios, never an obscenity heard all week, impeccable politeness and all the care you promised to keep the site as tidy and accessible as possible at all times.

I hope you did not misunderstand my point about the unheralded rise in price due to the extra bull-nose tiles you used: I was not at all complaining about the price, but rather pointing out that it would have been better customer-relations practice to mention that additional costs would be incurred as soon as the need became apparant.

We were very impressed by the excellence of your own advice on design matters.
